My mission is to keep my classroom organized in a manner that will allow for the utmost success by each of the students. They will always know where to go for information on a project and my classroom expectations, be able to review their past assignments so that they may improve on their previous ones, and also gain ownership of their learning. I will reiterate to each student that enters my classroom that I believe in their abilities, and when they leave my classroom, they will feel that belief in themselves. By exhibiting this belief in each of my students, they will gain the self-esteem they need to be successful in their other endeavors and gain a love of learning that may last for years.
